GENY CALOISI
Geny’s love for cooking began early—at 16 in Argentina, she could be found experimenting in her mother’s kitchen, often leaving it looking like a culinary bomb had gone off. By 21, after stepping away from a career in graphic design, Geny spent a year working in restaurants, honing her skills under chefs like Pablo Masey at an Italian restaurant and Dolly Irigoyen in an international one.
Her passion for food grew alongside her deepening studies in Yoga and Ayurveda, where she learned that the kitchen is also a powerful apothecary. Understanding what to eat, when, and how, can not only prevent disease but help us lead vibrant, balanced lives. Today, her holistic approach to health through food and well-being continues to inspire those around her.
Peter Morley
Peter Morley, Geny’s life partner and adventure accomplice, brings a touch of tradition to their kitchen. While his cooking leans towards classic recipes, he never misses an opportunity to sample (and polish off) the inventive dishes Geny creates.
His journey with health and well-being became personal after facing some health challenges. Now, Peter fully embraces the truth that how we eat and live profoundly shapes our overall well-being.
Together, he and Geny explore the balance of good living, both on the plate and in life.
