Made with wild plums handpicked from hedgerows at their sun-ripened best, this limited edition preserve blends the soft tang of blush-pink plums with the honeyed notes of golden marigold fruit. The colour is radiant, the flavour gently tart and floral — like a warm breeze through a late August orchard.
Cooked slowly in small batches with minimal unrefined sugar, a touch of lemon juice, and absolutely no artificial pectin or preservatives. This jam is as natural and nourishing as it gets — a true expression of the season.
