Supper Club – A Feast of Wild Flavours

I’m so excited to invite you to something very close to my heart – my first Supper Club – A Feast of Wild Flavours, happening on Friday 3rd October, 18:00–21:00 at the W.G. Grace Community Centre, SE9.

This will be an evening of delicious food, community and celebration. I’ll be cooking a three-course meal, where each dish is paired with my handmade preserves – chutneys, jams, and sauces made at home with foraged fruits. Think rich plum chutneys, tangy hawthorn ketchup, warming elderberry syrups, and more.

This is the first Supper Club from Cook From Scratch!

Starter
Autumn Leaves Salad – A mix of fresh greens and foraged dandelion, with roasted cauliflower and spiced apple chutney dressing.

Main
Roast chicken with hawthorn ketchup or
Harvest vegetables kitchari with plum & brandy sauce (vegetarian)

Dessert
Pasta Frola – Argentine harvest tart filled with plum or blackberry jam

Plus spiced seasonal fruit punch and elderberry & hawthorn mocktails.
